ZeroG 3D is a robotic body-weight support system which automatically tracks patients as they move freely in any direction. The dynamic body-weight support offloads a percentage of the patient’s weight as they perform activities in a full 3-dimensional workspace, while the advanced fall protection provides the highest level of safety. Patients can now freely practice gait, balance, and ADLs in both the vertical and horizontal planes.
Dynamic Body-Weight Support
ZeroG 3D can maintain a consistent level of body-weight support regardless of vertical movements. For example, if the amount of unloading is set to 20%, the patient will always feel 20% lighter even when going from a sitting to standing position.
Advanced Fall Protection
Falls are prevented by controlling the range of motion or by the rate of vertical descent. Each mode is selected depending on the patient’s needs and the activities being performed. Integrated fall cushioning helps soften the impact when a fall is prevented.

Sprintex Slat-Belt Treadmills
Medical grade treadmill with a slat-belt walking surface. Optional clinician seating can be added when manual assisted treadmill training is anticipated.
Heart Rate Monitor &
Pulse Oximeter
Measure SpO2 and heart rate during a training session and over time. Set audio and visual alerts in the ZeroG 3D software to help monitor patient vitals.
Crawling Accessory
Practice pre-gait activities with the crawling accessory. The light-weight pulleys automatically re-direct the unloading forces from mid-back to the shoulders as patients move from quadruped to sitting to standing.
