Provides constant unloading during vertical movements. With the touch of a button, the level of unloading changes by pounds or percentage of body-weight to alter the therapy intensity.

DualArrest fall protection prevents a fall by controlling the downward range of movement, while simultaneously stopping the treadmill. Integrated fall cushioning softens the impact when a fall is caught.
