The #1 choice of the world's leading rehabilitation programs.

The original robotic body-weight support system, ZeroG pioneered dynamic BWS — and remains the standard the rest of the field is measured against. Born from research and refined since 2009, it delivers the reliability, safety, and clinical performance that elite rehabilitation centers demand. For programs that won't compromise, ZeroG is the premium choice.

Overview

When centers demand the best.

Leading rehabilitation programs don't settle, they choose the system that started it all. ZeroG set the standard for robotic body-weight support, and continues to define what safe, effective, full-effort therapy looks like. When the stakes are a patient's recovery, centers trust the original.

  • Precise Performance Smooth, responsive support that moves with the patient, responding instantly to every change in motion.
  • Gait & Balance Train walking, turning, and reactive balance recovery with fall protection backing every step.
  • Safely push boundaries Rehearse real-world tasks and high-stakes activities patients couldn't safely attempt any other way.

Inside the system that
started it all

Explore the capabilities that have made ZeroG the trusted gold standard in robotic body-weight support.

Clinical Evidence

Double the functional gains.

In a study at the University of Kentucky, patients with acute traumatic brain injury who trained with ZeroG during inpatient rehabilitation more than doubled the functional gains of patients receiving standard-of-care therapy — improving their overall FIM score by 59.7 points versus 21.1 (p = 0.007).

The Functional Independence Measure (FIM) tracks how independently a patient can perform everyday motor and cognitive tasks. ZeroG patients also made significant gains across motor and cognitive FIM, including self-care, mobility, locomotion, and social cognition.

TRiP

Fall Prevention Training.

Most trips and slips happen in motion — while walking and turning, not standing still. Yet traditional therapy often trains balance in place. ZeroG is the only system in the world that lets clinicians safely practice fall recovery while patients are actually moving, building the reactive responses that prevent real-world falls.

Fall Recovery

Real fall recovery, trained.

TRiP delivers controlled perturbations that trigger the compensatory stepping and balance reactions patients need in the real world.

Safety

Push limits, not patients.

Paired with fall protection, clinicians can provoke genuine loss-of-balance responses with no risk to the patient of a fall.

Exclusive

Only in ZeroG.

TRiP is Aretech's patented perturbation technology, integrated into ZeroG to train fall recovery in motion, not standing still.

Proven Outcomes

Patients do better with TRiP.

In a peer-reviewed pilot study at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, acute stroke patients who trained with ZeroG and TRiP improved their Berg Balance Scale scores by nearly 67% — more than double the gains of patients receiving standard-of-care therapy.

Both ZeroG groups significantly outperformed standard of care, and adding TRiP perturbations produced the largest improvement of all — building the reactive balance strategies that help patients avoid a harmful fall once they return to the community.
